- Provide principals & leaders with resources to address individual school needs
- Addressing unique needs of low-income, students, those with disabilities, minority, experiencing homelessness, and foster care, including outreach and service delivery to meet needs of each population
- Developing/implementing procedures and systems to improve preparedness and response efforts
