Cashless Points of Sale
Beginning in 2022, all points of sale at Alabama Athletics events for concessions and retail will be cashless. Guests with cash will have the ability to exchange for a Fancard in $20 increments in two locations:
- Location 1 – Lower Level (1st Floor), Section AA (near Concession S126)
- Location 2 – Upper Level (8th Floor), Section NN-8 (near Concession N804)
Each location will have a team member to assist guests who require this service. Fancards are a preloaded Mastercard with no activation fees. These can not only be used at stadium concessions but also anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Alcohol Sales
Alabama Athletics will begin selling beer and wine at select sporting events, beginning with the 2022 home football season. The majority of concessions locations will offer beer and wine, and additional portable stations will be set up on the 100-, 200- and 800-level concourses.
Guests must be 21 to purchase and show valid proof of identification. IDs will be checked at time of purchase, and there is a limit of two alcoholic beverages per transaction. Sales of beer and wine will conclude at the completion of the third quarter.
Alcohol purchased in the stadium concourses cannot be brought into or out of a premium seating area. In addition, all alcohol purchased at sporting events must be consumed at the venue and may not be carried out under any circumstances.
Concessions
Concession stands are located throughout the concourses of Bryant-Denny Stadium. In addition, the Crimson Crave trailer is set up along the Walk of Champions as a pre-entry dining option.
ASAP will be available for mobile ordering at select portables throughout 100-, 200- and 800-level concourses. QR codes with a link to order and pick up concessions items from your smartphone can be found throughout the stadium.
Recycling Program
With the sale of alcoholic beverages, 150 large containers for aluminum can recycling will be placed throughout Bryant-Denny Stadium. Fans consuming beer are asked to please utilize these bins for the disposal of the cans as opposed to leaving at seats or throwing in trash receptacles.
Mobile Ticketing
Beginning in 2020, ticketing and parking went mobile-only, providing a safe fan experience with quick and convenient entry on gameday. Mobile ticketing also reduces the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets while providing the ability to easily manage, transfer or sell your tickets anytime from your smartphone.
Ticket purchasers can manage their tickets on their smartphone via the Alabama Crimson Tide mobile app or online at RollTide.com/MyAccount. It is strongly encouraged that all fans download their tickets before game day. Just prior to reaching the gates, fans will simply open their digital wallet on their smartphone, select their game tickets or parking passes, and hold their smartphone near the scanner.
We are also excited to highlight some new upgrades to mobile ticketing in 2022. The transfer process will now allow you to utilize your phone contacts when transferring tickets through the Alabama Crimson Tide mobile app. Additionally, there will no longer be a transfer expiration and you have the ability to better track your transfers with a first and last name associated with all transfers. Ticket purchasers can also quick download their game tickets by using our new “Add All” feature.
Also note, Print-at-Home tickets (PDF copies) are no longer available. Likewise, mobile tickets are only valid when presented on a smartphone. Printed copies of QR codes will not be accepted. In the event that you do not have a smartphone, please contact the Alabama Athletics TIDE PRIDE/Ticket Office in advance of game day for options.
Ticket Transfer
Ticketholders may transfer their tickets to a friend in the event they are unable to attend. Ticketholders (excluding UA faculty/staff and students) still have the ability to post their tickets on StubHub, the official fan-to-fan marketplace of Alabama Athletics. Step-by-step directions are available.
Mobile Parking
Parking passes issued through the Alabama Athletics TIDE PRIDE/Ticket Office will be delivered electronically via the Alabama Crimson Tide mobile app or online at RollTide.com/MyAccount. It is strongly encouraged that all fans download their parking passes before game day. On game day, customers will present their smartphone to be scanned upon entry to the parking lot.
Additional information on reserved parking for non-TIDE PRIDE lots can be found on UAGameday.com.
Parking Lots
Reserved parking lots on campus will open at 7 a.m. on game days. Additional parking can be found downtown and at several other off campus parking lots (PDF).
Public disability parking is located in the Tutwiler Parking Deck. There is currently a waitlist for these passes. Fans interested in joining the wait list can email a name and phone number to [email protected]. Due to proximity to Bryant-Denny Stadium, shuttle buses will not service this deck. Courtesy golf cart shuttles will be operating from the northwest corner of the parking deck to the southeast corner of Bryant-Denny Stadium (Bryant Dr. and 10th Ave.) three hours prior to kickoff to 30 minutes postgame.
Shuttles
Crimson Ride shuttle service to the Quad begins at 7 a.m. on game days and concludes 1.5 hours postgame. It is free of charge and services the east campus parking areas including the East Campus RV lot, Lot A and parking lots located along Peter Bryce Blvd.
Off-campus shuttles are also available from downtown, University Mall and Birmingham.

Security staff will utilize walk-through magnetometers, handheld metal detectors and/or a physical pat-down to screen all guests at security checkpoints. Patrons are asked to form single file lines and continue walking through detectors. If further screening is necessary, security staff will alert the patron. If a guest does not feel comfortable with the metal detector screening due to medical reasons, a physical pat-down will be conducted instead.
