This was the groundbreaking declaration of Panasonic Air-conditioning Philippines during its February 11 Air-conditioner Convention as it unveiled to the press and dealers the big news about the nanoe X Generator Mark 2, the next level of improved innovation of the nanoe technology.

Through a virtual conference attended by more than 200 dealers and members of the press, Panasonic revealed research results on nanoe — it has been proven to inhibit four types of novel coronavirus variants — Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta — in a 45-liter test space (with the size of 350 millimeters (mm), 350 mm and 400 mm) in as fast as 2 hours by over 99.7 percent.

This breakthrough news in health and wellness, in effect, provided hope for Filipinos to make their homes and business spaces safer and more sanitized for kids, elders and working individuals.

As Panasonic announced the news about the nanoe X Generator Mark 2, which produced 9.6 trillion hydroxyl radicals per second — a level up in eliminating odors, inhibiting pollutants, and moisturizing skin and hair — the significance of the news was that this new technology was two times stronger in performance versus the current nanoe TM X with 4.8 trillion hydroxyl radicals per second.

This also meant that the nanoe X Generator Mark 2 could inhibit the novel coronavirus faster because of its strong performance.

Panasonic also revealed that the nanoe X Generator Mark 2 was present in all its latest air-conditioning products. Panasonic air solutions such as air-conditioners, portable nanoe X generators, and air purifiers were all equipped with nanoe and nanoe X technology, aligned with its thrust of providing Filipinos with a “better life, a better world.”
