Rejlers acquires ClimaConsult Finland Oy and strengthens its offering in building design in the capital region in Finland. ClimaConsult has a broad customer base and deep expertise in indoor air climate, energy efficiency, and other ecological solutions in buildings.
ClimaConsult has a yearly net sale of over 1 million euros and employs 14 experts. The engineering consultancy provides competence in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, piping, plumbing and automation both for new building projects as well as repair construction. Rejlers and ClimaConsult have already successfully collaborated for more than 10 years in several projects.

ClimaConsult will be part of Rejlers’ Buildings division in Finland. The division provides sustainable technical expert services for the built environment and is especially experienced in business and office premises as well as demanding public projects. Of Rejlers’ over 1,100 employees in Finland, some 200 work in the buildings business.
The parties have signed an agreement regarding the acquisition and consolidation will take place as of January 2023.
