A Tractor Supply Farm and Hardware Retail Store is proposed for a site near Highway 12 and Snow Drive in Suisun City and officials are hosting an informational meeting to provide more details.

Yuba Investments Highway 12, LP’s Good Neighbor Meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. Aug. 3 in the multipurpose room at Crescent Elementary, 1001 Anderson Drive.

Plans call for an 18,800-square-foot retail facility and a 3,224-square-foot Feed Storage Building on a 3.19-acre site, as well as a 1,250square-foot forage shed adjacent to Highway 12.

Ninety four parking spaces will be provided, including four that are ADA accessible, eight for Clean Air/Vanpool vehicles, five EV charging stalls and four bike racks .

Operating hours will be from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday.

The opening date is expected to be late summer 2023.
