Xiaomi’s 2022 AIoT Lineup Enhances Your Home With New TVs, Air Fryer And More

August 3, 2022 by Staff Reporter

Xiaomi has unveiled a range of new AIoT products that will fit and enhance any home, as well as help users embrace a smarter and healthier lifestyle.

Starting with the biggest item in the new range, the Xiaomi TV A2 58″ is a sleek, bezel-less 4K UHD TV that brings true-to-life visuals with Dolby Vision. The display also features an ultra-wide 178 degrees field of view that allows comfortable viewing from all angles. The TV is also equipped with Dolby Audio surround sound and DTS-HD for an immersive experience.

The Xiaomi TV A2 58″ is also built with Google Assistant, Android TV and Chromecast. For S$999, the new TV is available in Xiaomi Authorised Stores, as well as on Shopee and Lazada.

If you want to take your TV watching to a whole new cinematic level though, then the Xiaomi TV P1E 65″ is where it’s at. Offering a 4K display at 3840 x 2160 resolution with 60Hz MEMC technology, DCI-P3 color gamut as well as enabled by HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision support, viewers can enjoy an impressive high-definition viewing experience with smooth visuals and brilliant colours. The TV also provides an immersive audio experience with Dolby Audio and DTS-HD support.

Coming with Android TV 2, users have an endless list of movies, shows and content from Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video to binge-watch and enjoy. It is also built with Google Assistant and Chromecast. Starting from 6 August, the Xiaomi TV P1E 65″ will be available for purchase from Xiaomi Authorised Stores, as well as on Shopee and Lazada for S$1,299.

Straying away from the living room and into the kitchen, Xiaomi is releasing an air fryer called the Mi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L. The air fryer is compatible with the Xiaomi Home/Mi Home app and can be controlled wirelessly. It can also schedule a cooked meal up to 24 hours in advance, as well as ferment and dehydrate food as need be. If your hands are tied, Google Assistant can be used to start, pause or check the remaining cooking time. Just like the rest of the lineup, the Mi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L is available on Shopee and Lazada, for an early bird price of S$109.

For those with furbabies, the Xiaomi Smart Pet Feeder and Fountain might be of interest. The 24-hour automatic food and water dispenser features a unique six-grid dispensing structure, flexible soft silicone food stirrer and dispensing blades that help to dispense food as smoothly as possible. It can hold 1.8kg of dry food and stimulates water found in nature, using a circular water circuit.

It also deeply filters so that the water you feed your babies will be free of fine particles, hair and residual chlorine including Ca and Mg ions. The best part, this Pet Feeder and Fountain can be controlled remotely via the Xiaomi Home/Mi Home app. The Xiaomi Smart Pet Feeder and Fountain costs S$139 and is available at Xiaomi Authorised Stores.

Last, but not least on the Xiaomi’s new lineup is the Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact. Small but powerful, the air purifier can trap 99.97% of particles and eliminate common indoor air pollutants. It also offers real-time air quality monitoring for enhanced purification. Available for S$159, the Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact can be purchased from Xiaomi Authorised Stores from 6 August.

If you want to see all these products in action before making the purchase, interested shoppers can visit Xiaomi’s Smart Home Solutions showcase, M.SPACO, at The Poiz Centre.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, for behind all this makeup, is a geek just like you. To simply put it, superheroes, Star Wars, Harry Potter and all things gore and creepy makes this girly girl swoon.
